Overview
The Dissolution of the Treaty happens after the Battle of Erodas, following the defeat of Arcos and the abdication of King Starkus.
The document nullifies the Treaty of the Valley and creates a new political order for Erodas. It recognizes Nieves as the victor of the war, but declares that the victory is shared with Amazon and Barakos, whose forces were essential in defeating Arcos.
The decree also restores dignity to the Baruk, begins the royal reinstatement of Amazon, honors Bianca as Princess Bianca, recognizes Marius as King of Arcos, and establishes new institutions meant to protect history, justice, and peace.

- Coronation of King Marius IPrince Marius is recognized and crowned as King Marius I of Arcos, with authority to judge and try treasonous Arcosians who masterminded, aided, or enabled the Battle of Erodas.
- Judgment of MarkulahDue to her treasonous acts before and during the Battle of Erodas, Markulah is sent back to Evloz, where she shall be judged according to the authority of the Witches' Council and the laws of Evloz. The judgment against her must be just, lawful, and carried out in accordance with Evlozian law, while also satisfying the victors of the Battle of Erodas. This provision recognizes that Markulah's crimes were not only political, but magical and treasonous in nature. Her final punishment is therefore placed under the jurisdiction of Evloz and the Witches' Council.
- Establishment of the Royal ArchivesThe Royal Archives are established to preserve the history, secrets, lore, and hidden truths of Erodas.
- Establishment of the Maius InstituteThe Maius Institute is established in Lambak to honor Queen Maius in cooperation with the Witches' Council of Evloz.
- Establishment of the Order of the KingsguardThe new Order of the Kingsguard is established, with the Baruk placed in charge of training and supervising its members.
Signatories
The known signatories of the Dissolution of the Treaty include Haring Tereprencio I de Aragon of Nieves, King Marius I of Arcos, and Pinunong Hesi of the Baruk by thumbmark.
Pabs does not sign the decree in Chapter 22, The Flower and the Warrior. She refuses to sign not because she rejects the document, but because she wants the citizens of Amazon to crown her first as their queen or chosen leader.
This decision reinforces Amazonian sovereignty. Pabs does not want her authority to come from Nieves, Arcos, or any outside power. She wants it to come from Amazon.
Honor Given to Logan
After the Battle of Erodas, Logan is honored as the Hero of Erodas among all who sacrificed their lives for the realm. He is later referred to as Sir Logan.
The exact reward given to Logan is not fully confirmed at first. However, Pinunong Hesi overhears palace conversations suggesting that Logan will be honored as the Knight Grand Cross of Erodas.
This honor is later confirmed when Bianca calls him "Sir Logan" after he returns to Lambak days later.
Importance
The Dissolution of the Treaty is important because it transforms the victory of war into political change.
Without the decree, the Battle of Erodas would only be a military victory. With the decree, it becomes the birth of a new realm.
The document ends the old legal order that oppressed Amazon and Barakos. It also recognizes Lambak, Evloz, Bianca, Marius, and the unnamed dead as part of the future history of Erodas.
Legacy
The Dissolution of the Treaty becomes one of the founding documents of the new Erodas.
It restores broken regions, honors hidden sacrifices, establishes new institutions, and begins the long work of correcting history.
Its legacy is not only peace, but remembrance.
